Important Information About Employer Quarterly Reports

You are receiving this email because you previously filed reports for a business using
Unemployment Tax Services (UTS).

This is a general reminder that all 4th Quarter 2024 Employer Quarterly Reports must be filed beginning January 1, 2025, and no later than January 31, 2025.

Do not delay submitting required reports or waiting until the due date to file reports. Any issues regarding passwords or UTS access could delay timely report submission.

Do not reply to this e-mail. This mailbox is not monitored.

Disregard this notice if:

  • You are an authorized annual domestic filer. Your next report will be due in January 2025.
  • You have already filed your current Employer’s Quarterly Report.
  • You have discontinued all employment of any type prior to the start of this quarter, and you have notified the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) of this closure.

To suspend (inactivate/close) your account:

  • Log on to your account in the UTS.
  • Select the Account Info tab at the top of the page.
  • Select Update/Close Tax Account in the Quick Links menu.

If you are unable to close your tax account through the UTS system, please submit a Contact Request From the Employer menu, complete the General Information section.
Select the following options:

  • Reason for Contact: Employer Tax Account Actions/Issues
  • Issue that you are having: Need to Close Account
