The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) recently sent a letter asking you to contact us about a change to your claim. The notice asked you to respond as soon as possible but no later than December 18, 2023. An image of the letter is shown at the bottom of this email.

The phone number listed on the letter is incorrect. We apologize for any inconvenience.

The correct phone number is 512-463-8322. Please call this number and select Option 2 for Proof of Identification no later than December 18, 2023.
