Help Texas Prevent Unemployment Insurance Fraud
Texas employers: we need your help to protect your business and the identity of your fellow Texans by responding quickly to the following TWC notices:
Criminals are always looking for new ways to victimize individuals and businesses for financial gain. Responding to TWC notices as soon as possible helps Texas fight fraud.
Often, employers are the first to discover fraudulent unemployment claims. If you suspect unemployment insurance fraud, please respond to the notice immediately.
How can you help TWC flag possible Identity Fraud?
