Good evening,
As you may know, child care staff are now prioritized for COVID-19 vaccines. We request that child care programs complete this survey by 11:59pm on Wednesday, March 10, to help the state plan for adequate vaccines for child care programs. Child Care Regulation sent out the survey and email below on March 8.
Thank you,
TWC Child Care & Early Learning Division

Update: COVID-19 Vaccination Survey Last week the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services issued a directive to vaccine providers to make COVID-19 vaccines available to school personnel and licensed child care providers. HHSC is working with other state agencies to facilitate the vaccination process of this newly eligible group. The Texas Education Agency has created a survey for child care providers to complete by Wednesday March 10 at 11:59 PM to guide vaccination efforts at the state level. While we understand this is a very tight turn around, we urge all child day care and residential child care providers to complete the survey by the deadline. You can preview the survey questions in the attachment prior to submitting.
