 Waco Wonderland returns December 5-7, bringing holiday magic to the heart of downtown!
Stroll through the sparkling lights, enjoy festive music, shop local vendors, sip hot cocoa, visit Santa, and take in the views from the Ferris wheel.
The celebration begins Friday, December 5, with the tree lighting and fireworks presented by H-E-B.
On Saturday, December 6, the annual Wonderland Parade takes over Austin Avenue, and the snow tube hills open for the weekend.
Bring your family and friends for a weekend of holiday fun! Admission is free.
 From November 28 through December 30, Cameron Park Zoo will sparkle with millions of dazzling Christmas lights, festive photo ops, and a chance to meet Santa himself. Wild Lights is open Thursday through Sunday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. (last entry at 8 p.m.), with special openings on December 22, 23, 29, and 30.
Purchase our special “Zoo/Wild Lights” combo ticket and enjoy the Zoo during regular hours and the evening Wild Lights. The best part? Your tickets are valid through December 30, and you don’t have to use them on the same day.
 The Texas Ranger Hall of Fame & Museum has teamed up with Meals on Wheels Waco as the recipient of the 15th annual “Big Texas Christmas Present” drive.
From Friday, November 28 through Sunday, December 14, bring donations to the Museum (100 Texas Ranger Trail) to receive one FREE admission per item donated. The Museum is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily.
Much needed items include:
- Non-perishable, individual foods (granola bars, Jello, snacks, canned goods)
- Hygiene and toiletries (lotion, bath products, toothbrush, haircare)
- Warmth and comfort (gloves, socks, blankets, scarves)
- Senior gifts (large print books, word puzzle books, eyeglass care kit)
- Pet foods (hard or canned dog and cat food, kitty litter)
