The La Salle Apartments
 Construction is underway on the 1821 La Salle Ave. Apartments. The former Showtime Gentleman's Club in Waco is getting transformed into a multi-family housing development with at least 53 new housing units. This project is a collaboration between the City of Waco and developer Shane Turner of La Salle Apartments 18 LLC. The developer is expected to invest $7 million and the City is supporting the revitalization with $1.64 million in funding.
 Brazos Riverfront Phase 2 Development
 Phase 2 of the downtown Brazos Riverfront development is nearly complete. This phase includes a new five-story mixed-use building with residential units situated above a ground-floor concrete podium designed for mercantile and restaurant spaces. The project also includes a semi-private courtyard and an integrated precast parking garage for residents and tenants. Additionally, a separate restaurant building is planned to be constructed directly on the riverbank.
This development is part of the larger collaborative public/private partnership with City of Waco and Catalyst Urban Development aimed at creating a new riverfront experience for downtown.
