Happy National Native American, American Indian, and Alaska Native Heritage Month!
During this month, we honor the rich and diverse culture, contributions, and historical legacy of Native Americans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives. There were multiple iterations of a national recognition of Native Americans. However, in 1990, President George H. W. Bush officially designated the month of November as National Native American Heritage Month. Later in 2008, the designation was amended to include Alaskan Natives
With deep gratitude, we honor and celebrate all the men and women who have served our great country.
