Celebrate & Reflect on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day!
Every year, Americans come together on Martin Luther King Jr. Day to serve in their neighborhoods and communities. The day is observed as a day on, not a day off. It is the only federal holiday designated as a national day of service to encourage all Americans to volunteer to improve their communities.
City Offices Closed
City of Waco offices will be closed in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 15. Residents with a Monday trash collection day will have their gray waste carts and green yard waste carts collected later on Wednesday, January 17.
