Team,
It's finally starting to feel like fall! I hope you all enjoy the cooler weather. And speaking of fall, November will be here soon, and so will open enrollment, which begins Nov. 6. Please invest in your health when selecting your benefits. Remember, all employees must enroll online, even if you're declining coverage. You will find more information from Team Resources below. Remember, employee premiums remain steady as part of our 2025 Plan, with no increases. We hope this allows you to explore the benefits that best suit your needs and those of your family. Health benefits will also be discussed further at the Department Leader Meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 29. Department leaders, if you cannot attend, please send a representative in your place.
Your health and well-being are a priority not only during open enrollment but throughout the entire year. Our commitment to providing comprehensive benefits reflects our recognition of your hard work and dedication. Here's to a healthy and productive fall season!
Best,
Ed Broussard
