Hop on over to the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 6 at Lindsey Park!
The egg hunts are categorized by age groups:
- 6:45 p.m. - Children with special needs
- 7 p.m. - Children ages 3 to 6
- 7:20 p.m. - Children ages 7 to 10
- 7:45 p.m. - Ages 11 and older
Hunt times are subject to change depending on circumstances. Only one group at a time will hunt. Parents are not allowed on the field during hunt time, except during the special needs group time slot. Activities will include face painting, jumpers, vendor booths, and food trucks will be available for a fee. Admission is free, but children should bring their own baskets.

Fee: $15 per runner
Location: Race will begin at 420 Rose Park Dr. (Tyler Rose Garden) and conclude on Fair Park Drive.

The third annual Antique Quilt Display is open through April 15!
Visit the historic Goodman-LeGrand Museum, open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and see antiques and quilts from the 1830s to 1940s.

The Rose City Artisans and Flower Market at the Goodman-LeGrand Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, April 14 and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 15.
Plants, flowers, birdhouses, and all things garden-themed for the garden lover will be available! Admission is free to the public. Food truck items are available for a fee.

The Glass Recreation Center is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Admission is free and open to anyone seeking health and wellness resources, checkups/screening and general information.

Join us on Saturday, April 22 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for Art in the Garden. Bring your paints, sketch books, easels and enjoy the Tyler Rose Garden. Adult and youth art will be displayed during the event. Area art instructors are welcome to attend with their students.
Admission is free and some light refreshments will be provided. Attendees are welcome to bring their own picnic lunch.

The Tyler Parks and Recreation Department is thrilled to host the Summer Playground Program, Glass Summer Camp for kids 6 to 12 years old and the Counselors-in-Training program for youth 13 to 15 years old this summer. The programs will begin on Monday, June 12 through Friday, Aug. 4.

The Summer Playground Program will be from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and is FREE!

The Glass Summer Camp will be from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. with a cost of $200 per child. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

Glass Recreation Center Counselor in Training (CIT) program offers a comprehensive training opportunity for area youth. Registration is $25.
Positions are limited considered on a first come, first served basis. An application to the CIT program does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
Each CIT will receive a shirt, letter of recommendation and volunteer hours. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
