Kitok Restaurant began as a modest Waco burger joint in 1976, but under owner Kitok Moore it gradually evolved into a beloved Korean American restaurant. As customers embraced dishes like oriental fries, bulgogi, and the “Lip Locker,” the restaurant became a longtime local favorite and has remained in the hands of Korean American women ever since (Teriyaki steak, mixed veggies, oriental fries, and fried rice).
