Results Driven Accountability (RDA) Reports
On September 24, the 2026 Results Driven Accountability (RDA) data, including the LEA report, data download, and significant disproportionality (SD) data, were released in the Accountability application of the Texas Education Agency Login (TEAL).
The data will be accessible on September 24, 2026. The review window opens on September 25, 2026, and closes on October 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
LEAs are encouraged to examine their data and contact the Performance-Based Monitoring (PBM) team in the Performance Reporting Division via the Performance Reporting Help Desk with any questions or concerns regarding the confidential information in TEAL.
The confidential (unmasked) data available in TEAL includes RDA indicators across the three program areas: Bilingual Education/English as a Second Language/Emergent Bilingual (BE/ESL/EB), Other Special Populations (OSP), and Special Education (SPED). This unmasked release includes performance levels (PLs) for RDA indicators and SD data.
The confidential data released does not include special education PLs for the Federally Required Elements (FREs) and the RDA program area determination levels (DLs). The FREs and DLs will be available in TEAL by early November, and the final RDA public reports, which include masked indicator data, PLs, FRE PLs, and DLs, will be published in mid-November on the RDA District Reports webpage. The public reports are masked to protect student privacy and comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
For information on the RDA indicators, data sources, and measurement requirements, please refer to Chapter 12 and Appendix K of the Accountability Rating System Manual. For more information, please reference the TAA: 10-Day Review Period for 2026 Confidential Results Driven Accountability (RDA) Data.

What are the implications for accountability with the phase-out of English II EOC?
We have received several questions from the field related to the implications for accountability with the phase-out of English II EOC. As a reminder, the final 2027 Accountability System Manual was made available in March 2026 and there are no changes to the accountability rules. Please review the information below:
- Students who are in the accountability subset and take English II EOC either as a first-time tester or a retester in June 2026, December 2026, or Spring 2027 will be included in 2027 accountability calculations. This includes students who are graduating before August 31, 2027 as well as those graduating after August 31, 2027.
- First-time testers are included in Domains 1, 2a, 2b, and 3.
- Retesters are included in Domains 1, 2b, and 3.
- Students who are in the accountability subset and take English II EOC either as a first-time tester or a retester in June 2027 will be included in 2028 accountability calculations. The final administration of the English II EOC will occur in June 2027. This includes students who are graduating before August 31, 2027 as well as those graduating after August 31, 2027.
- First-time testers are included in Domains 1, 2a, 2b, and 3
- Retesters are included in Domains 1, 2b, and 3
- For participation rates (Domain 3):
- The use of an “A” or “O” code will be included in participation rate calculations.
- Per allowable guidance provided in the TAA: HB 8 Phaseout of English II End-of-Course Assessment Graduation Requirement, students who have both Eligibility and Retester Flags removed in TIDE will not be included in participation rate calculations.
- “A” and “O” score codes should not be entered for English II EOC retesters graduating after August 31, 2027.

Analytic Tool: IBC Analytic Tool Now Available
The IBC Analytic Tool is now available, providing enhanced access to certification attainment data, including analysis of certifications earned and Industry-Based Certification tiers. Stakeholders can filter by region, district and campus, as well as student demographics. The IBC Analytic Tool reports all Industry-Based Certifications (IBC) earned by the Class of 2025 annual graduates, regardless of the graduates’ CTE status. The counts of IBCs earned, as shown in this report, may differ from the IBCs that count for CCMR credit in accountability, as shown in the 2026 CCMR accountability report. This difference is because IBCs only count for CCMR credit in 2026 accountability if a graduate is a Concentrator or Completer in an aligned program of study.
As a reminder, TPRS now contains data related to IBC Tiers. In the CCMR Report, under the Career Ready Graduates section, stakeholders may review the percentages of 2025 annual graduates who earned an approved Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 IBC and Concentrator or higher in an aligned program of study. Please note that TPRS does not include data corrected through PEIMS Working Submissions used in accountability reports and calculations. Please refer to the TPRS Glossary for additional details and methodology related to this data.
