ESSA Compliance Reports Submission Reminder
On July 29, 2026, the 2025-2026 ESSA Consolidated Compliance Reports and 2025-2026 Rural and Low-Income Schools (RLIS) Compliance Report were made available via the eGrants system to School Systems and to Education Service Centers that serve as fiscal agents for Shared Services Arrangements (SSA). The availability of the reports was announced via Statewide News Bulletin.
The reports are due to be submitted via eGrants by September 30, 2026.
Note: Reports submitted after the due date will result in points being added to the school system’s risk assessment. Reports that are not submitted at all will result in programmatic non-compliance points being added to the school system’s risk assessment for all programs, in addition to points added for non-submission.
