Public Input Survey
Hello,
The Texas Regulatory Efficiency Office (TREO) is hosting its Regulatory Efficiency Review (RER) of the Texas Education Agency's (TEA) Commissioner of Education rules. As a part of this process, TEA is soliciting public feedback on a draft of the RER, as the TREO Regulatory Efficiency Review allows for 14 days for external stakeholder feedback.
To provide feedback, please complete the TREO Public Input Survey by August 20, 2026.
