2024 Annual Graduates CCMR Outcomes Bonus Counts
The College, Career, or Military Readiness Outcomes Bonus (CCMR OB) report and student listing for 2024 annual graduates is now available on the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. A report of the counts by district is also on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage in the CCMR Resources section. CCMR Outcomes Bonuses are paid annually for the accomplishments of graduates above a certain percentage threshold across three specific student groups: economically disadvantaged, non-economically disadvantaged, and students served in special education programs.
CCMR OB is a financial incentive for districts based on student outcomes in readiness, while CCMR for Academic Accountability refers to the evaluation of school performance based on students' readiness for postsecondary success within state accountability. Requirements for credit in the CCMR component of the academic accountability system versus CCMR Outcomes Bonuses can be found using the CCMR in Accountability vs Outcomes Bonus resource posted on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage. For additional information, please refer to the To the Administrators Addressed Correspondence on 2024 Annual Graduates CCMR Outcomes Bonus Final Counts.
New 2026 Enhanced Performance Levels Resources Now Available
The latest suite of 2026 Performance Level (PL) resources is now available to support your understanding and use of enhanced performance levels across STAAR and STAAR Alternate 2 assessments.
The 2026 Enhanced PL Low-High One Pager provides a clear overview of enhanced performance level indicators, including Low/High distinctions within performance categories, and explains how these indicators are used in accountability, including School Progress, Part A: Academic Growth.
For detailed reference information, the following resources include the raw score and scale score ranges associated with each performance level indicator across tested grades, subjects, and administrations:
These resources provide the specific cut points used to determine performance levels (e.g., Did Not Meet Low/High, Approaches Low/High, Meets, Masters, and corresponding STAAR Alternate 2 categories), enabling consistent interpretation of student results and alignment with accountability calculations and HB1416 requirements. Together, these tools are designed to support districts, campuses, and data users in accurately interpreting assessment results and understanding how performance levels factor into the A–F accountability system. Science grades 5 & 8 and Biology enhanced performance levels are forthcoming, pending the completion of the standard setting process.
2025–2026 Consolidated Accountability File Format Now Available
The 2025–2026 Consolidated Accountability File Format document is now available, providing the format for the Consolidated Accountability File (CAF). The CAF combines STAAR, STAAR Alternate 2, STAAR Spanish, and TELPAS data into a single student-level record across the current and prior accountability year. In 2026, the CAF will be shared with districts in .csv format, rather than a .txt format. This enhancement is a result of stakeholder feedback to increase usability and better support schools and school systems in their data usage.
What’s new for 2026:
- The CAF will be delivered in a .csv format, with an updated layout.
- A new Parental Permission field has been added.
- Updates have been made throughout the file structure and field definitions.
Districts should review the CAF layout document to understand the updated fields and overall structure and confirm that local data systems capture all required elements, including the new Parental Permission field. Additionally, districts should prepare to work with .csv files for data validation and analysis to support a smooth transition when CAF files are released later this summer.
TPRS and Accountability Report Headers Have a New Look!
TPRS and Accountability Reports now feature an updated header design. The webpage headers have been enhanced to include the associated title of the reporting system being viewed, making it easier to clearly identify and navigate between reporting tools. Explore this update by searching for a district or campus on the TPRS and Accountability Reports webpages to see the new headers in action.

Assessment and Accountability Tools – Understanding and Leveraging Your 2026 Reports
Performance Reporting, in collaboration with Student Assessment, will host an Assessment and Accountability Tools Webinar on June 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. (CT). This session will help districts and campuses understand and use newly released 2026 Student Assessment reports and prepare to review and interpret upcoming 2026 Accountability Reports.
The webinar will include an overview of key resources, including Student Assessment reports and the Research Portal, along with Performance Reporting tools. Presenters will demonstrate where to access these resources and how they can support local data review and planning. Register to attend the webinar using this Zoom link.
Please note: Participants must have a Zoom account to register.
College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier
The College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Verifier will be available in the TEA Login (TEAL) system beginning June 4, 2026. Approved users will be able to access the CCMR Verifier by logging into TEAL and navigating to the Accountability application. The CCMR Verifier enables districts to review and verify non‑TSDS PEIMS CCMR outcomes for applicable students and, when necessary, submit official documentation to request data corrections during the annual verification window.
While CCMR indicators determined by TSDS PEIMS submissions are not eligible for corrections within the CCMR Verifier, data from the TSDS PEIMS elements are shown in the Preliminary CCMR Student Listing linked within the Verifier application and can be corrected through a PEIMS Working Submission. CCMR indicators informed by PEIMS data will be included in the CCMR Verifier in the Preliminary CCMR Student Listing. The 2025 Grad and Non-Grad tabs in the CCMR Tracker, Part I, were included to support the timely completion of Working Submissions, and indicators informed by PEIMS are an exact match to what will be in the CCMR Verifier. Districts are encouraged to leverage the CCMR Tracker, Part I, released in April 2026, to determine whether a PEIMS Working Submission is needed due to errors reflected in projected accountability data.
If the data submitted via Working Submission can be used in preliminary accountability ratings, there will be an additional request made of the superintendent or their designee to communicate the school system’s understanding of which accountability year(s), domain(s), and component(s) will be affected by the updated data submitted.
All PEIMS Working Submissions must be processed, as indicated via email from TSDS PEIMS, by June 26, 2026 to be included in 2026 accountability ratings calculations. It is strongly recommended that school systems initiate the Working Submission process by June 12, 2026 to ensure inclusion in 2026 preliminary ratings. Working Submissions initiated after June 12, 2026 may not be processed in time for 2026 accountability ratings if incomplete or incorrect. For more information on working submissions and for guidance on submitting a working submission, please reference the Working Submissions Under HB 8: Guidance Document.
To prepare for the CCMR Verifier opening, districts are encouraged to review the CCMR Verifier One Pager, which provides a high‑level overview of the purpose of the Verifier, what data is included, and key actions districts may need to take. Districts should also review the 2026 College, Career, and Military Readiness Verifier Data Requirements document, available on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage, to understand documentation expectations and indicator-specific requirements for non-PEIMS CCMR outcomes before the verification window opens.
