2026-2027 Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Consolidated Grant Application
The 2026-2027 Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Consolidated Federal Grant Application is available in eGrants. Planning amounts for eligible school systems, including school districts and open-enrollment charter schools, can be viewed using TEA’s Interactive Dashboards for Entitlements, available on the Grant Allocations and Award Balances webpage.

SC5003 – Formula Grants Consolidated Schedule
Eligible applicants must first complete and submit the SC5003 — Formula Grants Consolidated Schedule. To complete the SC5003, log into TEA Login (TEAL) and select eGrants as the application, then click on Special Collections on the menu bar. The SC5003 must be certified and submitted by a grantee official.
Applicant Designation and Certification (ADC) Form
Once the SC5003 schedule is submitted, the ADC form will become available. The ADC form must be certified and submitted by a grantee official for the grant application to become available in eGrants. To access the ADC, log into log into TEAL and select eGrants as the application, then click on Grants on the menu bar.
Gun-Free Schools District Report Due
As a reminder for the 2026-2027 ESSA Consolidated Grant Application, the PR6000 — Gun-Free Schools District Report must be submitted to TEA before a Notice of Grant Award (NOGA) is issued.

Eligible applicants must apply through the eGrants system by 11:59 p.m. Central Time, September 3, 2026.
