New Resource: CCMR Tracker Part I – Dashboard Application Video
The dashboard application for the CCMR Tracker Part I is available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability and has been updated to include 2025 graduates and non-graduates to increase usability. The CCMR Tracker Part I dashboard application is especially useful for districts that haven't procured third-party data tools and would like to analyze their CCMR data in a simplified, non-spreadsheet view. Watch the Using the CCMR Tracker Part I Dashboard Application video, available on the 2026 Accountability Rating System webpage and in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application, to learn how to navigate the CCMR Tracker dashboard, apply filters, and export customized data for local planning.
New Resource: College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part I - Video
A video overview, How to Use the 2026 CCMR Tracker - Part I, is now available on the 2026 Accountability Rating System webpage and in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application to accompany the 2026 CCMR Tracker - Part I released last week. The video explains the new features and enhancements in the CCMR Tracker Part I and demonstrates how districts can use the tracker to better understand and explore their CCMR data.
As a reminder, the 2026 CCMR Tracker - Part I is available as a spreadsheet format in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. Stakeholders can use this format of the CCMR Tracker Part I to analyze CCMR data directly in Excel, populate third‑party data tools, or distribute CCMR data to staff who may not have TEAL access.
As we work to improve accountability tools and explanatory resources, we appreciate your feedback on the CCMR Tracker, Part I explanatory “how-to” videos through this brief survey.

Performance Reporting Calendar of Events- Updated for April
An updated version of the Performance Reporting Calendar of Events is now available! Performance Reporting events scheduled for early May have been finalized, and iCal files for those events are now available on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage.
This resource includes important milestones such as manual releases, rating timelines, appeals windows, and reporting submissions—all in one convenient place. The calendar is available in multiple formats: spreadsheet, PDF, and .ics, which can be embedded in your personal calendar.
Please note: the performance reporting calendar of events is updated regularly, with updates available by the second week of each month.
2026 Accountability Pairing Registration
The 2026 Campus Pairing Registration will open later this month. All campuses serving prekindergarten through grade 12 must receive an academic accountability rating. Campuses that serve only grades not tested on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®), i.e., PK, K, grade 1, or grade 2, need to be paired with either another campus in the district or the district itself. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) analyzes TSDS PEIMS fall enrollment data to determine which campuses need to be paired. Districts may use the prior-year pairing relationship or select a new relationship by completing the pairing form in the Texas Education Agency Login (TEAL) Accountability application when registration opens. Stay tuned for a To the Administrator Addressed (TAA) correspondence announcing the opening of registration.

College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part I
The CCMR Tracker (Part I) is now available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. This tool enables districts to track completion of CCMR indicators throughout high school for students enrolled in grades 9–12 as reported in the 2025-2026 TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission. New for 2026, the CCMR Tracker also contains data for 2025 annual graduates and non-graduates – those students enrolled in grade 12 as reported in the 2024-2025 TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission.
The CCMR Tracker is released in two parts through TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability. Part I of the CCMR Tracker will include the following data:
- CCMR indicators submitted via PEIMS through the 2024–25 school year
- OnRamps and TSIA results through the 2024–25 school year, and
- SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificate results through the 2023–24 school year.
While the CCMR Tracker includes students who were in grades 9–12 on the 2025–26 PEIMS Fall Snapshot, the 2026 Tracker does not include results for the 2025–26 school year, as those data have not yet been reported to TEA.
District personnel are encouraged to carefully review the Interpreting CCMR Tracker methodology and Sources PART I document, which is posted on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage and within TEAL, as data sources may vary slightly for students currently in grades 9-12, 2025 annual graduates, and those reported in grade 12 in 2024-25 who did not graduate. A video overview, of the new features and enhancements in the CCMR Tracker Part I will soon be available on the Accountability System webpage.
Part II of the CCMR Tracker will be released in the Summer of 2026 and will include SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates updated through the 2024–25 school year. Improve Performance Reporting Processes and Products
Many of the tools shared in recent bulletins were created and shared based on the feedback received from stakeholders across Texas. As we work to better serve our stakeholders, if you have suggested enhancements to existing products or processes or new tools that would better meet your needs, please share your ideas through our survey, Suggested Enhancements to Performance Reporting's Products and Processes. We appreciate your feedback as we prepare for the 2025-2026 school year and beyond.
Does a TSIA 2 score earned in 8th grade count toward CCMR accountability?
Yes. A TSIA 2 score earned while the student was in 8th grade may count toward CCMR accountability, provided that the score meets the applicable CCMR requirements and remains associated with the student when the student is identified as an annual graduate. As outlined in Chapter 1 of the 2026 Accountability Rating System Manual, Texas Success Initiative (TSI) assessment results used for 2026 accountability include tests administered from June 2015 through the October 2025 administration. This allows eligible TSIA 2 results earned prior to high school graduation, including those earned in 8th grade, to be considered for CCMR accountability if all other criteria are met.
 Please note that in Domain 3, both graduates and non-graduates are evaluated for CCMR under the School Quality component. The dates for TSIA 2 assessments are applicable across all three domains.
