As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, the Texas Education Agency’s (TEA) Department of Grant Compliance and Administration (GCA) is once again administering our Annual Satisfaction Survey.

This survey is one of the ways we routinely gather feedback from school systems to better understand how well we are supporting you, including the timeliness of our technical assistance and the clarity, usefulness, and responsiveness of our guidance. Your feedback helps inform adjustments to our processes, communications, and supports so we can better meet LEA needs over time.

The survey is administered through Smartsheet to keep it quick and easy to complete, while allowing our team to efficiently review trends and identify opportunities for improvement. The survey includes questions related to the department office and divisions within GCA. 

All responses are completely anonymous, and we encourage you to provide candid and constructive feedback to support our continuous improvement efforts.
