College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part I
The CCMR Tracker (Part I) is now available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. This tool enables districts to track completion of CCMR indicators throughout high school for students enrolled in grades 9–12 as reported in the 2025-2026 TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission. New for 2026, the CCMR Tracker also contains data for 2025 annual graduates and non-graduates – those students enrolled in grade 12 as reported in the 2024-2025 TSDS PEIMS Fall Submission.
The CCMR Tracker is released in two parts through TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability. Part I of the CCMR Tracker will include the following data:
- CCMR indicators submitted via PEIMS through the 2024–25 school year
- OnRamps and TSIA results through the 2024–25 school year, and
- SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificate results through the 2023–24 school year.
While the CCMR Tracker includes students who were in grades 9–12 on the 2025–26 PEIMS Fall Snapshot, the 2026 Tracker does not include results for the 2025–26 school year, as those data have not yet been reported to TEA.
District personnel are encouraged to carefully review the Interpreting CCMR Tracker methodology and Sources PART I document, which is posted on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage and within TEAL, as data sources may vary slightly for students currently in grades 9-12, 2025 annual graduates, and those reported in grade 12 in 2024-25 who did not graduate. A video overview, of the new features and enhancements in the CCMR Tracker Part I will soon be available on the Accountability System webpage.
Part II of the CCMR Tracker will be released in the Summer of 2026 and will include SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates updated through the 2024–25 school year. For additional information, please refer to the To the Administrator Addressed Correspondence on the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part I.

2026 Accountability Pairing Registration
The 2026 Campus Pairing Registration will open later this month. All campuses serving prekindergarten through grade 12 must receive an academic accountability rating. Campuses that serve only grades not tested on the State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®), i.e., PK, K, grade 1, or grade 2, need to be paired with either another campus in the district or the district itself. The Texas Education Agency (TEA) analyzes TSDS PEIMS fall enrollment data to determine which campuses need to be paired. Districts may use the prior-year pairing relationship or select a new relationship by completing the pairing form in the Texas Education Agency Login (TEAL) Accountability application when registration opens. Stay tuned for a To the Administrator Addressed (TAA) correspondence announcing the opening of registration.
Student Demographic Listing and Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) Training
Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Student Demographic Listing and Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) Training. We hope this training offered a clearer understanding of how to use the tools available to review, validate, and align student demographic data ahead of key reporting and assessment milestones. The slide deck and recording from the webinar are now available on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage.
New Resource: 2025 TELPAS Composite Scores Overview
The 2025 TELPAS Composite Scores Overview document is available on the 2026 Accountability Rating System webpage. This new resource explains the 2025 Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS) composite scores available in the TEAL Accountability Application and how these composite ratings, not 2025 domain ratings, will be used as prior-year data in Domain 3. It also includes information on how campus-level composite data are calculated and how they will be used as baseline data for determining points earned for Progress in English Language Proficiency in 2026 accountability ratings.
New Resource: A-F Estimator Overview Video
We’re pleased to share a new resource to support understanding of the A-F Estimator. The A-F Estimator is a tool that enables the calculation and estimation of a campus's performance in each domain and overall ratings and is one of the featured tools shared during our Accountability Tools webinar. The How to Use the A-F Accountability Estimator Tool video provides a 3-minute spotlight on the tool and its purpose, offering helpful context for how the estimator can be used in accountability planning and analysis. This video is intended as an introductory resource and can be used to build foundational understanding of the A-F Estimator tool. We hope this tool is helpful in your strategic planning as you prepare to close out the school year as the A-F Estimator or the AEA A-F Estimator can be used to set goals, make predictions, or internalize your accountability data.
New Resource: Consecutive Unacceptable Counts Roadmap
The Consecutive Unacceptable Counts Roadmap is available on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage. This resource provides an overview of the consecutive unacceptable counts methodology, explains how accountability ratings impact interventions, and outlines the exit criteria. This guide also includes useful FAQs, example scenarios, and reference material to support planning and decision-making.
The 2026 Final List of AEA Campuses is now available
The final list of Alternative Education Accountability (AEA) campuses is available on the 2026 Accountability Rating System website. This list reflects campuses that meet 2026 AEA Registration Criteria and will be evaluated under AEA provisions for the 2026 accountability cycle. Districts and charter schools are encouraged to review the posted information to confirm campus status. New for 2026, an excel version of the AEA Campus List is embedded within the pdf resource. For additional information on Alternative Education Campuses, please refer to the Alternative Education Accountability ( AEA) at a Glance guidance document.
