As we begin the 2025–26 school year, the Highly Mobile and At-Risk (HMAR) Student Programs at the Texas Education Agency (TEA) is proud to welcome back all school leaders, educators, military stakeholders, and military-connected students and families across Texas. We are excited to launch a new semester filled with purpose, connection, and growth.
This year, we are thrilled to announce a robust suite of professional development and training opportunities designed to support military-connected students and the dedicated professionals who serve them. These offerings reflect our continued commitment to equipping school systems with the tools and strategies needed to meet the unique needs of our military families.
