2025 Final College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) Student Listing Released
The 2025 Final CCMR Student Listing includes data for all students included in the 2025 accountability results and is now available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application.
Updated Campus Comparison Groups Available
Updated campus comparison groups have been posted to available on the 2025 Accountability Rating System webpage. The updated campus comparison groups reflect changes to 42 campuses’ economic disadvantage rates.
Extensions were provided to all districts to complete the PEIMS Fall TSDS Submission in SY24-25. During the extension, some districts experienced issues accurately submitting their economic disadvantage indicator data. As a result, updated data has been provided to Performance Reporting, which was used to update the 2025 Campus Comparison groups.
Release of 2024 A-F Accountability Ratings
As shared in the TAA, 2024 A–F Accountability Ratings, the 2024 district-level and campus ratings will be available to school systems in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, and publicly available and accessible on TXschools.gov Friday, August 15, 2025.
Given the delayed timelines, the agency will release 2025 A–F ratings as typically scheduled on August 15, 2025, and will also release 2024 ratings on the same day. On August 15, 2025, accountability ratings and performance data will be displayed on TXschools.gov, at which point 2024 ratings and performance data will be visible only as part of the Change Over Time on the 2025 Accountability Overview page on TXschools.gov.
The Consolidated Accountability File (CAF) will be posted to the Secure File Center. The CAF combines all State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®), STAAR Spanish, STAAR Alternate 2, Texas English Language Proficiency Assessment System (TELPAS), and TELPAS Alternate data within the current accountability year into one record for a student. The record also includes data for the student for any state assessments within the previous accountability year. Records for which a student cannot be assigned a Texas Student Data System (TSDS) ID are not combined with data from another reporting administration. Conflicting data for a grade 3–8 subject, end-of-course (EOC), TELPAS, or TELPAS Alternate assessment within a reporting administration are not combined with other testing data for a student.

As shared in the TAA, CCMR Tracker Part II, the CCMR Tracker Part II and explanatory materials were released on July 24, 2025, and are available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. The tool provides districts with a means to track CCMR indicator completion throughout high school for students reported as enrolled in grades 9–12 on the TSDS PEIMS October 2024 snapshot. The CCMR Tracker is released in two stages.
-
SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates updated through the 2023–24 school year
-
CCMR indicators submitted via PEIMS through the 2023–24 school year
-
OnRamps and TSIA results through the 2023–24 school year, and
-
SAT, ACT, AP, IB and level I/II certificate results through the 2022–23 school year
While the CCMR Tracker includes students who were in grades 9–12 on the 2024–25 PEIMS snapshot, the 2025 Tracker does not contain results from the 2024–25 school year, as those data have yet to be reported to TEA.
Indicators are credited if earned within the date ranges provided below. Indicators reported upon or after graduation (IEP and workforce readiness graduates, special education graduates with an advanced diploma plan, and military enlistment) do not appear in the CCMR Tracker.
Subject to the rulemaking process for the 2027 accountability manual, IBCs that were on the 2022-25 list but will not be on the 2025-30 list are subject to a one-year sunsetting period. During this one-year period, school systems may continue to report IBCs from the 2022-25 list for both accountability and reimbursement purposes for the class of 2026. Of note, at present there are only 23 IBCs from the old list being removed from the new list.
As was shared in the TAA, PEIMS Working Submission for 2025 A-F Accountability Ratings, in response to districts’ reviews of their 2024 submissions, the agency is allowing districts to complete a PEIMS Working Collection Submission for the 2024 PEIMS Summer Submission to correct College Preparatory Course Completion data errors or Industry Based Certification (IBC) data errors only, and only ratings administered under the 2025 Accountability Rating System Manual will use the Working Collection data.
A district will have the option to submit an appeal of preliminary rating(s) during the 2025 appeals window on the basis of CCMR recalculations if the district submits a PEIMS Working Collection Submission and it is accepted by the Information Technology/Data Standards, Data Quality and Business Analysis Division before the close of the 2025 appeal window. As established in §97.1002, the appeal window calendar dates for the accountability year are announced in conjunction with the release of preliminary accountability ratings in TEA Login (TEAL). If the appeal is granted, the 2025 A-F final rating will be based on a calculation of CCMR using the Working Collection data.
ESC PEIMS specialists are best equipped to support the completion of a Working Collection.

2025 STAAR Preliminary Assessment Reports
Your district’s June 2025 STAAR preliminary assessment reports for accountability are posted in the Secure File Center for the district testing coordinator. These preliminary assessment reports include student report cards, student labels, district and campus summary reports, and reporting data files. Reports posted in the Secure File Center are available for one year.
The June 2025 STAAR preliminary assessment results for accountability will be posted to the Family and Research portals by July 31, 2025. District testing coordinators should refer to the Family Portal page of the District and Campus Coordinator Resources for information on helping parents access the secure Family Portal.
The data correction window for the June 2025 STAAR administration is July 29 through August 4, 2025, and is an opportunity for district testing coordinators to make corrections to data reported in the preliminary results. District testing coordinators must resolve test discrepancies and temporary TSDS IDs for this administration during the correction window. District testing coordinators may submit score code changes and correct student names and dates of birth. In addition, district testing coordinators may request a rescore of a student’s short or extended constructed responses. Refer to the Data Corrections topic on the Reporting Events page of the Coordinator Resources for more information on data corrections, including costs associated with rescore requests.
Changes submitted during the data correction window will be reflected in the final assessment reports for accountability provided on August 28. Any updates made after the data correction window will be included in scheduled updates but will not be reflected in final assessment reports or the consolidated accountability file.
Your region’s June 2025 STAAR preliminary assessment reports for accountability are posted in the Secure File Center for the regional testing coordinator. These preliminary assessment reports include summary reports and reporting data files.
STAAR ALTERNATE 2 ADMINISTRATION
Final assessment reports for accountability for the 2025 State of Texas Assessments of Academic Readiness (STAAR®) Alternate 2 administration, including updated student report cards and data files based on data corrections, will be posted to the Secure File Center on July 16, 2025. Final assessment results will be available in the Family and Research portals on July 21.
The Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE) will undergo a user interface update for the 2025–26 school year. This enhancement is designed to improve navigation and the overall user experience while maintaining current system functionality. Additional training materials will be available to district personnel later this summer.
ChromeOS SECURE BROWSER UPDATE FOR 2025–26
A new secure browser for ChromeOS is available for the 2025–26 school year and supports ChromeOS version 132 and above. After ChromeOS version 138 is released in October, it will become the minimum required version for the 2025–26 school year. Installation instructions are provided on the Secure Browsers page of the Texas Assessment website. At this time, limited support will continue for the legacy ChromeOS kiosk application, but devices must remain on ChromeOS 138 and have the native client allow policy enabled due to Google's planned deprecation of Chrome apps in kiosk mode. District technology staff may contact Texas Testing Support if assistance is required with installation of the new ChromeOS secure browser application.
Texas Assessment Program systems will be offline from 8:00 p.m. (CT) August 15 through 1:00 a.m. (CT) August 25, 2025, to complete a system rollover. This includes the Test Information Distribution Engine (TIDE), the Centralized Reporting System (CRS), and the Test Delivery System (TDS). District testing personnel should download any data files or Learning Management System (LMS) certifications needed before August 15.
All student data, including rosters, will be cleared from TIDE, and students will need to be added to TIDE for the 2025–26 school year after the rollover. The Secure File Center and LMS will be available for registered users through the Testing Personnel page of the Texas Assessment website. Any Texas Formative Assessment Resource (TFAR) tests administered in the 2024–25 school year that require scoring by hand must be submitted prior to August 15 for scores to be reflected in CRS. Hand-scored items that are not submitted prior to August 15 will no longer be available for scoring after the system rollover.
With the annual system rollover, superintendent and district testing coordinator roles in TIDE will be updated to match those listed in AskTED. All users with an existing account must create a new password when logging in to TIDE for the first time each school year. Users with a new role must have their role updated to ensure that they have appropriate access to the system functionality needed for their assigned role. Refer to the TIDE User Guide for more information about logging in to the system for the first time and creating or editing user accounts.
As a reminder, the Open Education Resources (OER) COVID Emergency Release pilot digital assessments will be removed from all Texas Education Agency (TEA) platforms on July 31, 2025, including TDS and the OER-Assessment Viewing Application (AVA). Bluebonnet Learning assessments will not be incorporated into TDS. Contact openeducationresources@tea.texas.gov with any questions.
