PEIMS Summer Resubmission Deadline July 17, 2025
Following the close of the TSDS PEIMS Summer Initial Submission on June 20, 2025, LEAs are strongly encouraged to utilize available TSDS PEIMS reports to ensure the accuracy of the data submitted to PEIMS and, if needed, make corrections by the July 17, 2025 Resubmission deadline. As a reminder, PEIMS submission data are used for accountability calculations. Data submitted through working collections are not used for accountability purposes. Although some of the data submitted during the TSDS PEIMS Summer Submission will not be used for accountability until 2026 Accountability, the correction window between June 20 – July 17, 2025, is the only opportunity for LEAs to correct the data included in this submission. More specifically, PEIMS data cannot be corrected through the annual CCMR Verifier process.
To assist LEAs with data review and correction for the PEIMS Summer Resubmission, the 2024-25 Academic Accountability Data Sources / PEIMS Summer Submission document available on the Performance Reporting Resources webpage, provides a side-by-side comparison of data sources for selected indicators impacted by updates to TSDS PEIMS for the 2024-25 school year. As always, the 2024-25 Texas Education Data Standards via TWEDS is the definitive source for PEIMS information.
Key TSDS PEIMS Reports for Summer Submission
TSDS PEIMS Reports provide information that allows data submitters to find errors and inconsistencies in the data submitted to TEA. LEAs are strongly encouraged to review the following TSDS PEIMS reports that are especially relevant to accountability. These reports may be run as data are loaded and should be run again following completion of data upload to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data.
- PDM3-120-008 Students with Dual Credit Courses and College Credit Hours
- PDM3-120-010 Student Advanced Academic Roster by Grade
- PDM3-120-019 Industry-Based Certification Roster
- PDM3-133-001 Number of Students Completing Courses by Pass/Fail Indicator
- PDM3-133-002 Students Completing Courses with Dual/Advanced Technical Credit
LEA verification of PEIMS data prior to the final submissions is an essential step that helps both the district, and the local system vendor ensure the data entered accurately reflects LEA performance. As a reminder, LEAs, not their information system vendors, are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the data submitted to PEIMS.

2025 College Career and Military Readiness (CCMR) Tracker Part II Coming Soon
The CCMR Tracker Part II and explanatory materials when released will be available in the TEA Login (TEAL) Accountability application. This tool provides districts with a means to track CCMR indicator completion throughout high school for students reported as enrolled in grades 9–12 on the TSDS PEIMS October 2024 snapshot. The CCMR Tracker will be released in two stages.
Part II will be released in Summer 2025, and will add the following data to what was previously released:
- SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificates updated through SY 2023-24
Part I released March 28, 2025, utilized the following data:
- CCMR indicators submitted via PEIMS through SY 2023-24
- OnRamps and TSIA results through SY 2023-24, and
- SAT, ACT, AP, IB, and level I/II certificate results through SY 2022-23
Please note, the CCMR Tracker contains lagging data and while the CCMR Tracker contains students who were in grades 9–12 on the 2024–25 PEIMS snapshot, it does not contain results from school year 2024–25 as those data have yet to be reported. Additionally, corrections to the information presented in the CCMR Tracker cannot be submitted to TEA; this tool is for informational purposes only. If districts find errors, they are encouraged to work with testing vendors to make corrections.
