Strong Foundations Planning Reminders:
New to SFP AP Onboarding: Are you new to Strong Foundations Planning? Join this 90-minute session where we will breakdown the AP Playbook to better support your districts through the grant process. Lots of options for date and time! Register to attend using the, AP Onboarding Registration Form.
Additional RBIS Training: Please visit the Training Schedule to see the dates and register on the AP Registration Portal. Approved providers can also access TEA Learn for the asynchronous RBIS Non-Certification Pathway training for math and RLA.
RBIS Pre-/Post- Survey: Right now, we are not tracking survey data by facilitator, but just by organization, as this is the only data we need. If your organization would like to have facilitator data tracked, please send an email to Strong Foundations with the list of facilitator names, and we will create a dropdown for your use.
Cycle 3 AP Monthly Meetings (required) – Sign up for this cycle’s AP Monthly Meetings; the next one is July 25 at 9:00 a.m. This is a time for us to collaborate, share ideas, problem solve, delve deeper into SFP deliverables, explore the Knoster Change Management model, and strengthen our work with school systems. They are required for all SF Managers and AP District Leads. Register to attend using the AP Monthly Meeting Registration Form.
(Optional) Office Hours – We hold optional office hours twice a month to ask questions, gain clarity, and seek support. The next one is on July 14th. Register to attend with the Office Hours Registration Form.

NEW: Bluebonnet Learning Spanish materials access for vendor partners (non-ESC APs): Note: This is a change in process. If your team filled out the ESC version of this form in the past, please complete this form instead. Approved Providers interested in accessing the Aprendizaje Bluebonnet pilot materials should apply by completing this form, along with the Pilot Copyright Licensing agreement (to be uploaded as part of the submitted application). Once approved, an email with a link to the digital version of the pilot materials will be sent. Interested APs only need to apply once. Access to the pilot instructional materials can only be granted through a link after pilot materials access has been requested via this form and approved by TEA. Approved Providers can expect to hear back from TEA on the status of their application within 2-4 business days of submission.
NEW: Many of you alerted us to the issue with the facilitator dropdown on district exit tickets. This is now resolved! If any of your participants open the form and they see the old version with the non-functional dropdown, please have them clear their browser cache or open the form in an incognito window.
