The Texas Mobile STEM Lab program has successfully concluded the 2024–2025 school year. This innovative mobile lab catered to educational needs across all 20 regions in Texas, impacting a total of 9,903 students from 553 K–8 grade classrooms. Moreover, the Mobile STEM Lab team engaged with 1,730 members of the community during campus STEM nights held throughout the state. The program is expanding in the 2025–2026 school year, and we are excited to serve 270 campuses next year. Mobile STEM Campus Spotlights
Edna ISD
The lessons were very engaging for the students of Edna Intermediate School. It was fun watching the students go through the engineering design process and staying within the parameters of the design challenge. I also enjoyed watching the students experience the productive struggle while working with their teams to solve a problem. — Heather Socha, Director of Curriculum
Judson ISD
Candlewood STEM Academy had an incredible experience with the Texas Mobile STEM Lab and Learning Undefeated! Our kindergarten through 5th-grade students were fully engaged in hands-on STEM activities that sparked curiosity and excitement. The lessons were thoughtfully designed, connecting directly to real-world situations while striking a great balance between direct instruction and inquiry-based learning. Both students and teachers loved every moment—students are already asking when the lab is coming back, and teachers appreciated the high-quality, ready-to-use lessons. We highly recommend this experience to any campus looking to inspire a love of STEM in their students! —Rachelle Diaz, Principal
Natalia ISD
Thank you so much for bringing the Texas Mobile STEM Lab to Natalia Elementary! Our 3rd-through 5th-grade students had an incredible time engaging in hands-on, relevant learning experiences that many of them would not have had access to otherwise. Exploring circuits, catapults, and pollination in such an interactive environment truly brought STEM to life for our students. What made the visit even more special was the opportunity for families to join in the experience and learn alongside their children. It was inspiring to see students and their loved ones discovering and problem-solving together. — Bridget Ayala, Principal
