In this edition, you'll find essential updates and resources to help you kick off your Strong Foundations Implementation work. Our goal is to ensure you have all the tools and support you need for success.
Milestones
May 16: Executed contracts should be in place. Please upload your executed contract to your Google folder and share your Google folder with your Approved Provider. They will upload a copy of the contract to TEA.
Reminders and Next Steps
NEW Action Required: Roster all participants in your school system.
Please use the LEA Registration and Rostering Portal to roster all participants for your school system. This includes all teachers, coaches, district and campus-level leaders who are implementing or supporting the Bluebonnet Learning Instructional materials for which your school system received grant funds. Please have the initiative lead in your school system submit initial rosters by August 1, 2025.

Step 2: Return to the start of the form and upload a roster of your district’s participants.
This is the core document that will drive your work with your Approved Provider over the course of the grant. We are providing it here as a resource in case you would like to review it on your own, but no action is required from you. Your Approved Provider will walk you through each step! This is due October 15 and will be submitted by your Approved Provider.
