Mobile Lab

The Texas Mobile STEM Laboratories are custom-outfitted learning spaces that provide hands-on STEM education for students from kindergarten through grade 8. These mobile labs offer career and skills education, empowering teachers with new skills and content ideas while serving multiple classes simultaneously.

Students onboard the labs solve engineering design challenges and work cooperatively to design products or processes using model STEM activities developed by Learning Undefeated, with support from the Texas Education Agency (TEA). These activities are aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) and are offered at no cost to participating schools.

The program introduces students to the engineering design process through cross-curricular STEM experiences, focusing on brainstorming, designing, and testing solutions to problems. It encourages collaboration and exploration, providing all necessary materials for the activities.
