The following Texas Administrative Code (TAC) rule action was filed with the Texas Register for publication in the April 4, 2025 issue.

Adopted Amendment to 19 TAC Chapter 61, School Districts, Subchapter CC, Commissioner's Rules Concerning School Facilities, §61.1034, New Instructional Facility Allotment
Summary: The adopted amendment clarifies existing statutory provisions and administrative procedures to calculate the allotment. The rule was adopted with no changes since published as proposed.
Effective Date: April 13, 2025
