Universal Errata (February 11, 2025): Maximum Indirect Costs for Federal and State Education Grants
The Texas Education Agency (TEA) has issued a universal errata to notify TEA grant recipients of changes regarding maximum allowable indirect costs for education grants issued by TEA. In accordance with 2 CFR part 200, the Uniform Grant Guidance, TEA will not limit indirect costs on any grant unless indirect cost is restricted by authorizing program statute. TEA retains the authority to limit direct administrative costs on grants.
To view the errata, please visit the Universal Errata page. This page also can be accessed from the TEA Grant Opportunities page.
