Smartsheet WorkApp Updates
The Federal Program Compliance Division (FPC) utilizes the Smartsheet WorkApp system to automate and streamline the collection of LEA data and information for the various program monitoring processes conducted by the Division. Based on feedback received from the field over the last year, and with the expansion of the use of the WorkApp system, an online training video was developed and a WorkApp General Help Form was added to the system.
Online Training Video
In an effort to familiarize end users with the system, an on-demand general training video on navigating through the Smartsheet WorkApp system has been developed and published online. The video is intended for LEA staff who have access to the Smartsheet WorkApp system and/or provide information that is required to be submitted via the system.

FPC WorkApp General Help Form
Additionally, a new form (FPC WorkApp General Help Form) has been added to the LEA Dynamic Views, for LEAs to submit any questions and/or report any issues they may be experiencing related to the various WorkApp projects administered by the Federal Program Compliance Division. The form link is available within the WorkApp environment. Users may use the FPC WorkApp General Help Form for assistance with any FPC WorkApp-related issues, including those that may concern incorrect or incomplete data submissions; inadvertent attachment uploads; and/or access issues.
If LEA staff are experiencing issues with the EDGAR Connect WorkApp, they will need to complete the help form available in the EDGAR Connect WorkApp for assistance.
