There was a software release on Friday, September 20, 2024.  The release contained updates to the following: 

• Charter School Waitlist Promotion Logic
• Charter School Waitlist Reports
• Charter School Waitlist Validation Rules
• Class Roster Validation Rules
• Data Management Center Application
• PEIMS Application
• PEIMS Promotion Logic
• PEIMS Reports
• PEIMS Validation Rules

Special Notes:

PEIMS Application

• The PEIMS application has been updated to correct an issue where the ArmedServicesVocAptBattery, ProgramOfStudy, and GiftedTalentedProgram data elements were not being promoting to the PEIMS Fall data mart for the Local Education Agency subcategory. 

Data Management Center

The following new features have been added to the Data Management Center (DMC) application:

• Load Summary Report:
• Last updated date/timestamp added for each entity
• Now includes entities with zero counts
• XLSX export option
• Validation Summary Report:
• XLSX export option
• Level 1.5 Filters
• Updated date/timestamp added for each filter result
• Rerun UID Filters
• New functionality added to rerun Level 1.5 UID filters after changes have been made in Unique ID application to a student/staff record
• Unaffiliated Student report to show students who are missing:
• StudentSchoolAssociation and/or
• StudentEducationOrganizationResponsibilityAssociation  
• Unaffiliated Staff report to show staff who are missing:
• StaffEducationOrganizationEmploymentAssociation

Refer to the release notes for additional software updates applied to the DMC application.

There was a software release on Tuesday, September 24, 2024.  The release  contained an update to the following: 

• The PEIMS application is being updated to correct an issue where the Staff Basic Information subcategory is not being promoting to the PEIMS Fall data mart for some or all staff.
