Field Coordination Network Supplemental Newsletter

There was a software release on Thursday, September 5, 2024.  The release contained updates to the following: 

• PEIMS Fall and Summer Reports

There was a software release on Friday, September 6, 2024.  The release contained updates to the following: 

• TSDS Portal
• Core Application
• RF Tracker Validation Rules
• PEIMS Application

PEIMS and Core Applications

The TSDS PEIMS and Core applications are now available to promote, run validations, and view reports for the following 2024-2025 submissions:

• Charter School Waitlist (CSW)
• PEIMS Fall
• PEIMS Mid-Year
• Residential Facility (RF) Tracker

Users can continue to schedule Level 2 validations for the above submissions.

LEAs and ESCs are encouraged to generate the necessary key & secret credentials and load data to their IODS when ready.

TSDS Known Issues

The TSDS Known Issues resource is now accessible through the TIMS Knowledge Base. Refer to TSDSKB-600 to view and download the latest information.
