This list is posted on the 2024 Accountability Rating System page.

Upcoming Accountability Deadlines in TIDE
April 26 – Deadline to enter score codes for Grades 5 & 8 Science, Biology, Grade 8 Social Studies, and U.S. History
May 3 – Deadline to enter score codes for Grades 3-8 Math and Algebra I
May 3 – Final date to enter student information other than score codes for Accountability Reporting for all Spring STAAR assessments. Districts must ensure all student information, including student demographic, program enrollment, and designated supports information, is entered in TIDE by the deadline to ensure it is included in assessment reports for accountability. Changes to student information made after the deadline will not be updated in accountability reports. Please see the Calendar of Events for detailed information about TIDE data submission deadlines
Important Reminder: The student groupings used for campus accountability calculations are determined by the student identification, demographic data, and scoring status information entered in TIDE by the designated due date for each assessment. All score codes are also due to be entered and verified for all eligible testers by the end of each subject-area testing window. Although some information related to score codes can be adjusted during the designated data correction window later in the year, the information must initially be entered by the deadline listed in the Student Assessment Calendar of Events. For more information on score codes, please refer to the TIDE User Guide
How are test results handled for students who move campuses during STAAR Spring administrations?
The campus that will receive the STAAR test results from the Spring administration is based on the location of enrollment in TIDE on the “Final Date to Enter Student Information for Accountability Reporting” listed on the Calendar of Events. This would be the campus that tests the student last. If the student was also enrolled on that campus during the fall snapshot, the student’s results would be included in the accountability subset for calculation purposes for that campus.
If a student tested 3–8 RLA on one campus, moved to a new campus and tested 3–8 mathematics, both subjects’ results would be delivered to the new campus, however, the results would not count for accountability purposes unless the student was also enrolled on that campus during the fall snapshot earlier that school year. To meet the accountability subset, the student must have been administered the last assessment at the same campus they were enrolled on fall snapshot.
