IDEA-B LEA MOE: Corrected Preliminary Compliance Reviews for Charter Schools (School District Reviews are correct)
TEA posted school year 2022–2023 (fiscal year 2023) IDEA-B LEA MOE preliminary compliance reviews on March 21, 2024. However, we discovered that, for charter schools, expenditure amounts did not populate correctly. Therefore, TEA has replaced the previously incorrect preliminary compliance reviews with corrected preliminary reports in GFFC Reports and Data Collections. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience. Please see below some important clarifying notes:
-
School districts: Preliminary compliance reviews are correct.
-
Charter Schools: While all charter schools received a revised preliminary compliance review, if your LEA was listed as compliant on the preliminary compliance review posted on March 21, 2024, your LEA is compliant. However, some charter schools that were listed as noncompliant will see their status had changed to compliant. TEA will notify via email each charter school that was originally listed as noncompliant to inform them whether their compliance status has changed.
