Texas Career and Technical Education (CTE) News

Regional Programs of Study Application

The regional programs of study application is open through January 12, 2024. Local education agencies (LEAs) or education service centers (ESCs) may apply for a new regional program of study or apply to renew a regional program of study that is expiring at the end of the 2023-24 school year. A list of expiring regional programs of study is located on the Regional Programs of Study webpage. Regional Labor Market Information (LMI) is located here

LEAs should collaborate with their ESC CTE Specialists on the regional program of study proposals to avoid duplication of efforts. ESC CTE Specialists may coordinate with LEAs to submit one application for the region. The application must be submitted online at 2024 Regional Program Application. Contact your ESC CTE Specialist or cte@tea.texas.gov to receive a copy of the 2024 Regional Program of Study worksheet.
