FAQ

We take this space to highlight questions that we have heard from EPPs

Q: I am a relatively new Certification Officer. If my EPP has a question, who should I contact at TEA?

A: You should contact your Education Specialist assigned for any questions that you may have that pertain to your program. The Education Specialist Assignments document is located under Forms and Documents on the Program Provider Resources page. If you have not had the opportunity to meet your Education Specialist assigned, we are happy to set up a virtual meeting so you can put a face to the name you receive emails and calls from throughout the year.

Q:   Should I call TEA via the main line when my EPP has questions?

A: No. EPPs should contact their Education Specialist assigned by calling your Education Specialist’s direct phone line, via email, or by using the Help Desk. If you call via the main line, it may take longer to reach you because the main line is used for general calls from candidates and the public.
