Commissioner of Education Rules
The following Texas Administrative Code (TAC) rule action was filed with the Texas Register for publication in the November 10, 2023 issue:
Adopted Revisions to 19 TAC Chapter 97, Planning and Accountability, Subchapter AA, Accountability and Performance Monitoring
Summary: The adopted revisions amend §97.1001, Accountability Rating System, to adopt in rule applicable excerpts of the 2023 Accountability Manual and incorporate provisions from §97.1005, Results Driven Accountability, which has been repealed. The manual was adopted with changes since published as proposed.
Publication in the Texas Register: November 10, 2023
Effective Date: November 14, 2023
