Greetings!

As we step into November, a month rich in the warmth of autumn and the promise of new beginnings, we find ourselves on the brink of exciting educational opportunities. Your instructional framework is a crucial tool to support the foundation of your district, providing a structured and consistent approach to teaching and learning.

The work you are doing to amplify student learning is so important and we want to ensure you feel supported by your Approved Provider and TEA. Take a moment to review the upcoming milestones and reminders for the Strong Foundations Planning Grant.

Milestones

Mid-Grant Survey: The SFP Mid-Grant Survey has been sent out to all LEAs. As a reminder:

  1. This survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
  2. The stakeholder taking this survey should be the one(s) who primarily participate in Strong Foundations Planning grant activities and utilize SFP resources (Communities of Practice, Office Hours, interactive calendar, etc.)
  3. Only one person per LEA should complete the survey; if there are multiple key stakeholders, they should take the survey together on one screen.
  4. For any questions related to this survey, please email StrongFoundations@TEA.Texas.gov
  5. Feedback is a gift: thank you for your time!

This survey is due no later than December 1, 2023. Thank you for taking the time to complete this grant assurance!
