Happy September!

We hope your first days of welcoming students back to school have gone smoothly! We know this is a busy time of year at your district and want to mindful of your time. As you continue this grant work with your Approved Provider, we wanted to remind you that the Strong Foundations Planning team here at TEA is here to support you. Please take a moment to review the events and resources in this email. As always, don’t hesitate to reach out at StrongFoundations@tea.texas.gov with any specific questions.

Milestones

Please coordinate with your approved provider to help you with any past due deliverable. 

Past Due (May 31st): Executed Contract 
Past Due (August 25th): PLP Survey, Roadmap, Committee Memo, Communication Plan 
Upcoming (November 3rd): RBIS Collective Learning Series Attendance Memo, Pulse Survey #2 for APs and LEAs

Upcoming Events

HQIM Learning Labs allow LEAs to see students engaged with rigorous, grade level content in real time and learn what planning happens in the background to implement HQIM effectively and we want YOU to visit! HQIM Learning Labs are being hosted from September through November, and dates are coming up quickly!  

To request a visit:

Fill out the form linked in the calendar based on your desired HQIM Learning Lab date. 
You'll be connected to the district via email to arrange the visit.
