Division Customer Satisfaction Survey

The Federal Program Compliance (FPC) Division is conducting a customer satisfaction survey for services provided during July 1, 2021, to August 31, 2022.  This survey is intended for stakeholders that have contacted the FPC Division, accessed FPC Division resources, attended presentations by the FPC Division, and/or have been contacted by the FPC Division.  Please note that this survey is anonymous, and the data obtained will be used to inform the division's continuous improvement process to better serve all stakeholders.

The FPC Division at the Texas Education Agency (TEA) administers the following Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) programs:

  • Title I, Part A; Title I, Part C (Migrant Education Program);
  • Title I, Part D (Neglected and Delinquent);
  • Title II, Part A (Supporting Effective Instruction);
  • Title IV, Part A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment);
  • Title V, Part A (Funding Transferability);
  • Title V, Part B, Subpart 1 (Small Rural School Achievement Program);
  • Title V, Part B, Subpart 2 (Rural and Low-Income School Program);
  • Unsafe School Choice; and
  • Private Non-Profit Equitable Services. 

Title III, School Improvement, and the Equity Plan are administered in other divisions at TEA; therefore, those programs are not included as part of this survey.
