A discounted room rate of $96 + tax per night is available Sunday, August 28 – Wednesday, August 31 for summit attendees. Registrants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations through the reserved room block. The deadline to reserve rooms at the discounted rate has been extended to Monday, August 22nd or until the room block is full.
The summit takes place at the San Marcos Conference Center at the Embassy Suites hotel. Visit the room block web page to book your rooms at the Embassy Suites by Monday, August 22nd. If you have already booked your room, please note that your rate has been reduced to $96 per night, and no further action is needed on your part to secure the rate reduction.
The room block will be available until the August 22 deadline or until it is full.
Benefits and CEU Opportunities
The summit will feature professional development tracks geared toward TEHCY subgrantees, school districts, charter schools, Educational Service Center (ESC) staff, and stakeholders.
Summit attendees are eligible to earn up to 11 CEU hours throughout the 3-day event. TNOYS is an approved CEU provider for Licensed Social Workers (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Continuing Professional Education Providers (CPE). This summit is also approved for CEUs for the following substance abuse professional licenses: LCDCs, Associate Prevention Specialists (APS), Certified Prevention Specialists (CPS), and Peer Mentor/Peer Recovery Designation (PM/PRC) through our partnership with Connections Individual and Family Services.
