Proposed Policy Changes - 2022

The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) will conduct a public hearing on August 22 at 1 p.m.

HHSC proposes amendments to the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) as it relates to SHARS.

This public hearing will be conducted online using GoToWebinar only. To join the hearing from your computer, tablet, or smartphone, register for the hearing in advance.
