What’s New in Performance Reporting

A–F Accountability

The 2022 Final Alternative Education Accountability (AEA) Campus List and the 2022 Final AEA Charter Schools List have been published on the 2022 Accountability Rating System webpage.

Please contact us at performance.reporting@tea.texas.gov or 512-463-9704 with any additional questions.

Local Accountability System

The 2021 Notice of Interest for districts wishing to participate in the local accountability system is available online. Districts submitting a form will be contacted for follow-up discussions.

Participating districts may wish to develop a plan during the 2021–22 school year that is then applied to the 2022–23 school year. The Local Accountability System team remains committed to supporting districts in creating a plan that meets all requirements and supports a model of local accountability.

The Local Accountability Guide and Frequently Asked Questions provide information about plan requirements and example components. Both documents can be found on the local accountability webpage.

Districts wishing to learn more about the local accountability system and how to develop a district local accountability plan can participate in a 45-minute overview webinar with time for Q & A.

Registration links are available for upcoming webinar dates in May.

This Week’s FAQ

Will programs of study be included as an indicator for College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) for 2022?

We are currently working with the College, Career, and Military Prep (CCMP) division as they revise and update programs of study. We will need data and advice from CCMP on how to include programs of study as a CCMR indicator. We are hoping to add programs of study as a CCMR indicator beginning with the 2023 accountability system reset.
