State Fiscal Reporting Clarfication

On Saturday, March 26^th the Department of Grant Compliance and Administration sent out approximately 2500 individual, LEA-specific, emails requesting LEAs to submit an aggregate State Fiscal Report for expenditures incurred prior to February 10, 2022, for ESSER II, ESSER III, and ESSER-SUPP.  The emails were addressed to LEA staff members who certify payment requests in the Expenditure Reporting (ER) System. The email was from Lydia Pelayo on behalf of Cory Green, Associate Commissioner of Grant Compliance and Administration. 

Each email indicates the date for the last expenditure report prior to February 10^th and the corresponding amount of expenditures to be included in the aggregate report. This aggregate report per fund source is required for all payments received by the LEA prior to February 10^th when the state reporting system opened for ongoing submission.  The data from these reports will be reported to multiple state government entities and to USDE. 

The original email indicated an immediate response was required but omitted the specific submission deadline.  We apologize for this inconvenience. The aggregate reports are due no later than 5pm, CST, Thursday, April 28, 2022.
