USDE Federal Annual & State Fiscal Reporting Updates

ESSER USDE Federal Annual Reporting

• The ESSER USDE Federal Annual Report online system that was scheduled to open on 3/1/2022 has been postponed for additional development and testing. We will provide another bulletin notice once the system is open for LEA submissions.
• TEA will be hosting a statewide training and Q&A session covering the USDE Federal Annual Reporting online system:

  • Friday, March 11, 2022, 1:00-2:30 p.m.

• The ESSER FAQ has been updated to include answers to common ESSER USDE Federal Reporting questions. Look for these questions under the category of "USDE Annual Reporting."
• Recorded training is available at USDE ESSER Annual Reporting Statewide Training.
• The following resources are being provided to LEAs to gather data and prepare for TEA's online reporting system before it opens. The following resources are planning tools and will not be accepted as official submissions form LEA grantees:

ESSER State Fiscal Reporting

• The ESSER State Fiscal Reporting System is open.
• A copy of the online form is available at ESSER State Fiscal Report (PDF).
• Questions, concerns, or requests for reporting assistance should be sent to ESSERexpenditures@tea.texas.gov.
• Revised, recorded training will be provided as soon as it is completed.
