ESSER Reporting Resources
State Fiscal and USDE Federal Annual Reporting Updates
TEA is developing and providing training and reporting resources and tools templates from two recent trainings to assist LEAs as they collect data and prepare for required reports related to ESSER grant programs.
A combined set of presentation slides addressing ESSER State Fiscal and USDE Federal Annual Reporting has been developed and is now available. Please note that slide content and guidance have been revised since previous live and recorded trainings and are included in the ESSER Reporting State Fiscal and USDE Annual Federal Reporting - Presentation Slides.
ESSER State Fiscal Reporting
- The ESSER State Fiscal Reporting System opened on Thursday, 2/10/2022.
- A copy of the online form is now available at ESSER State Fiscal Report (PDF) . This document can be used to become familiar with the online report form or to plan and prepare for future submissions.
- Revised recorded training is in development and will be provided as soon as it is completed.
- Questions, concerns, or requests for reporting assistance should be sent to ESSERexpenditures@tea.texas.gov.
ESSER USDE Federal Annual Reporting
- The ESSER USDE Federal Annual Report online system will open by or before Tuesday, 3/1/2022.
- Recorded training is now posted and available at USDE ESSER Annual Reporting Statewide Training.
- Resources are now available f which will allow LEAs to gather data and prepare for TEA's online reporting system before it opens.
- The following resources are provided as planning tools only and will not be accepted as official submissions form LEA grantees. Two resources, modified from USDE documents, are accessible below in two formats covering the same data elements.:
Frequently Asked Questions
- Use the ESSER FAQ Submission form to submit new ESSER questions to TEA staff. The form has been updated with new categories to submit related reporting questions.
- Answers to frequently asked questions are listed in the ESSER FAQ, which will be updated regularly.
