Private Nonprofit School Participation

If the LEA has not yet applied for the ESSER grant and calculates equitable services that exceed 5% of the LEA’s ESSER allocation, the district should email their PNP equitable services calculation (a snapshot of the Part 5: PNP section of Application Part 1) to the Department of Grant Compliance and Administration at GrantSupport@tea.texas.gov by Friday, August 28. TEA has reserved a portion of state-level funds to account for any overage in equitable services incurred by a district.
