2018–2019 Indirect Cost Rate Proposals (ICRPs) Now Available in
GFFC Reports and Data Collections

TEA has populated a completed ICRP for each ISD that submitted an ICRP Additional Costs Workbook (ACW) by merging TSDS/PEIMS data with the ISD’s submitted ACW data. TEA has also uploaded the completed ICRPs for ISD review, approval, and certification. Follow these steps to find your ICRP in the GFFC Reports and Data Collections secure application:

1. Log on to TEA Login (TEAL).
2. Select “GFFC Reports and Data Collections.”
3. Select your LEA’s name or county-district-number (CDN).
4. From the Report Title drop-down menu, select “ICRP.”
5. From the School Year drop-down menu, select “2018–2019.”

As described in the April 30, 2018, TTAA letter posted to the TEA Correspondence page, ISDs are required to review and certify the completed ICRP data and the calculated indirect cost rates contained within the ICRP. Once you certify and submit the ICRP Certification page, the ICRP will be considered the official document which includes your approved final restricted and unrestricted indirct cost rates for 2018–2019.

Instructions for completing the ISD review/approval/certification process are available in the ICRP Certification Instructions document posted on the Indirect Cost Rates webpage.

Due date for submission of the ICRP Certification is May 18, 2018.
