Attached for your final review is a publication of the Small Business and Environmental Assistance Division, entitled You're a Public Water System ... Now What?, RG-496 (revised).

This publication is a slight revision of a recently published guide for PWS personnel, including those who may not have realized their operation constitutes a PWS. It summarizes applicable rules and distinguishes among the three major types of PWS. It discusses licensure, treatment, and TCEQ approval.
