CORRECTION:The annual reporting requirement for those with certain temporary permits or permits without an expiration date (open-ended), including certain air permits by rule, standard exemptions, and air quality standard permits is due by December 31, 2025. Permittees will report their operational status electronically through the State of Texas Environmental Electronic Reporting System (STEERS).
