NPDES eReporting Tool for Biosolids (NeT-Biosolids)
Your Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) discharge permit requires you to submit a Sewage Sludge/Biosolids Annual Program Report under 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) §312. This includes the submittal of sludge discharge monitoring reports (DMRs) and an annual report.
Beginning Summer 2021, sludge DMRs will not be available in NetDMR. All sludge reporting, including sludge DMRs and the annual report, must be submitted electronically using the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) NPDES eReporting Tool for Biosolids (“NeT-Biosolids”) for reports with monitoring periods ending in FY21. The deadline to submit is September 30, 2021.
On June 28, 2021, you will receive an email from EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) Help Desk titled “TX Biosolids Pre-Registration Email Verification Request” that will assist you in adding this program service to your existing CDX account.
Your CDX user ID can be found on the EPA’s CDX website. If you have forgotten your CDX password, you can retrieve that information as well. Also, helpful information can be found on the EPA’s NPDES eReporting and NeT Support webpages.
